Every year, to accompany the schools’ concerts, Hallé Connect runs a project for six selected primary schools across Greater Manchester.

The nominated schools receive 2 hours of music workshops and are invited to choose two KS2 classes to take part. A Hallé practitioner leads a practical session based on the Hallé For Youth concert with one class whilst a Hallé musician runs a Meet-A-Musician session with the other class. The classes then swap over.

Both classes also receive free tickets to the Hallé For Youth concerts.
