Every year, to accompany the Spring concerts for schools, we run a project for six selected primary schools across Greater Manchester.

The schools (nominated by their local music services) are invited to choose two KS2 classes to take part and receive 2 hours of music workshops. A Hallé practitioner leads a practical session based on the Spring concerts for schools with one class whilst a Hallé musician runs a Meet-A-Musician session with the other class. The classes then swap over.

 

Both classes also receive free tickets to the Spring concerts for schools.
